Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance: Market Transformation Manager, Water Heating (Remote – Portland, OR) — The Market Transformation Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, adapting, and deploying a coordinated market strategy to transform the market for one or more strategic product groups, Water Heating specifically, to sustainably embed more efficient products or practices in targeted markets. The product group market strategy will:
- Identify a vision for a transformed market, long-term goals and strategies and programs that NEEA will operate within selected markets to achieve the near and long-term business results.
- Lead and coordinate market engagement to identify, secure, build and maintain meaningful partnerships with industry and supply chain partners, such as manufacturers, distributors, retailers and trade allies.
- Identify, define and collaborate on associated market-level infrastructure and market channels that support the product group strategy and identify and capitalize on common market relationships and dynamics across multiple market transformation programs in multiple Product Groups.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional team (product management, program management, market channel management, market analytics, evaluation, codes and standards) to ensure successful operationalizing of strategy and execution to deliver business results and long-term goals.
This position requires a high level of interpersonal and influential leadership skills as well as interpersonal flexibility and versatility to work independently but also collaborate pro-actively within a matrixed team organization.

Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance: Employee Experience Specialist (Portland, OR) — The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for executing impactful engagement programs, employee events, and amazing moments that matter for all staff at NEEA. Reporting to our VP of People and Culture, the primary objective of the position is to support, lead, and champion the employee experience from on-boarding to off-boarding in a manner consistent with NEEA’s desire to be a meaningful and engaging work culture.
This position understands the voice of the employee and identifies opportunities that will help drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance through virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities, including culture development. This role will be each employee’s main liaison to the organization and will partner cross-functionally within the Human Resources team and across various departments to lead exciting culture and engagement opportunities and create meaningful employee experiences. Additionally, this role will also support other HR functions and own all aspects of general facility management.

Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance: Regional Portfolio and Reporting Analyst (Remote – Portland, OR) — The Regional Portfolio and Reporting Analyst is an integral part of the Data, Planning and Analysis (DPA) team at NEEA. This role has a high influence on the excellence and continuous improvement of the organization’s regional market transformation modeling and reporting. This role will have accountability for generating and contributing to analyses across NEEA’s portfolio of market transformation programs. In particular, the position will implement core components of funder reporting, support Market Analysts to complete funder reporting deliverables, and provide quality reviews of program models and technical assumptions that enable accurate and consistent reporting. The role entails project management with NEEA’s team of Market Analysts to ensure on-time deliverables.
In addition, the Regional Portfolio and Reporting Analyst will support the Principal Planning Analyst and Stakeholder Relations Team by maintaining the online funder portal for external data sharing, report updates, and organizational deliverables. The role will conduct funder-level analyses that contribute valuable insights to stakeholders. The role will also conduct analysis to inform NEEA’s staff, leadership, and Board of Directors. Communication, detail-orientation, and project management are critical to success in this role.
